Dr. Bozena Michniak-Kohn as a Distinguished Fellow of the Collegium of Eminent Scientists

On January 12, 2015, The Kosciuszko Foundation recognized Dr. Bozena Michniak-Kohn as a Distinguished Fellow of the Collegium of Eminent Scientists.

As the American Center of Polish Culture, the Kosciuszko Foundation has established the Collegium of Eminent Scientists to recognize and honor eminent scientists of Polish origin and ancestry who are working in the United States. The goals of the Collegium are

1. To honor eminent scientists of Polish origin and ancestry who have achieved recognition in the United States;
2. To recognize, highlight, and publicize their achievements and significant contributions in their respective fields of science;
3. To maintain a directory of eminent Polish and Polish/American scholar scientists on the U.S.A. that will serve historians, scientists and Polish organizations in Poland, the U.S.A. and anywhere in the world.

By being recognized as a Distinguished Fellow, Dr. Michniak-Kohn has joined the Pantheon of Polish Scholars in America.
